This is a service program offered by STM under the “fixed costs uninterrupted blade supplies for customer program”, Simple Easy Service (SES) concept is to provide services which make it very simple and easy for our customers to cut wood or other materials (in production of their goods) at a fixed and agreed cost per month where by the customers will get unlimited or uninterrupted saw / knife ready-made blades to do their jobs of cutting in the most efficient and economical manner. If you are our customer under this program all you need to do is to get the blades from the stock we provided, install on the machines, and perform the cutting. When the blade is dull, take it out for resharpening, and replace it with another one from stock again. The saw blades knives swages and parts, grinding wheels, machine parts, saw doctors’ wages, electricity for maintaining saw blades are saved from your expenses.

Once the Simple Easy Service agreement is made, Siam Timber will ensure that the right saw / knife blades are made and delivered to the customer, and dull blades are taken back for inspection and resharpening or reconditioning. We will make sure that sufficient blades are kept in your stock and that the customers will be able to do the cutting jobs continuously and without interruption.

Under this SES program the customers are assured of a fixed cost per month which in most cases is not higher than the total expenditure of what they are paying now and will get all the saw / knife blades in uninterrupted supplies to ensure that their tasks of cutting can be steadily and continuously performed without problem. Customers can plan their costing and production with accuracy and ease.

With the SES concept, it is much cheaper to run the operations. Customers minimize the risks of poor quality blades, such as blade cracks or breakage, big saw kerfs which result in high wastes of saw materials. In sawing wood the saw kerfs are much narrower and smoother. Generally, the bandsaw kerfs are rough and are about 3.0-4.0 mm wide. This means that to cut a piece of board and to plane it smooth, the customer has to spare 4.0mm for saw kerfs plus 3.0 mm for planing the surface. But with our innovative Super T blades, the customers will lose only max 1.8-2.0 mm saw kerfs and another 1.5-2.0 mm for planing smooth surface totaling 4 mm max, a saving of 3.0 mm for each kerfs. For some very expensive wood, an extra small kerfs of 1.5 mm and the smoothness of the kerfs needs only 1.5 mm for planing which means a total of 3.0 mm for the 2 processes, a considerable saving of raw materials.

บริการ SES ด้วยความสะดวกสบายไร้กังวล - สยามทิมเบอร์ขอเสนอโครงการพิเศษสำหรับท่าน โครงการนี้จะช่วยควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายใบเลื่อยให้คงที่ทุกเดือนโดยที่สามารถเลื่อยไม้ได้ตามปกติ ด้วยโครงการ “เอส อี เอส” ง่าย ๆ คือการบริการลูกค้าที่ใช้สำหรับงานเลื่อยไม้หรือวัสดุอื่น ๆ โดยการทำข้อตกลงที่ให้บริษัทบริการลูกค้าด้วยใบเลื่อยหรือใบมีดสำเร็จรูปที่มีคุณภาพดี พร้อมใช้งานได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอไม่ขาดตอน และกำหนดค่าใช้จ่ายที่คงที่แน่นอนต่อเดือน ซึ่งจะทำให้ลูกค้าสิ้นเปลืองค่าใช้จ่ายน้อยกว่าเดิม

หลักการของโครงการบริการ SES จะช่วยให้ลูกค้าลดความเสี่ยงจากการซื้อใบเลื่อยที่มีคุณภาพไม่ดีแล้วเกิดปัญหาเลื่อยแตกหรือขาด, ใบเลื่อยเสียหาย, คองเลื่อยใหญ่ซึ่งเป็นผลทำให้สิ้นเปลืองวัตถุดิบมาก ในการเลื่อยไม้คองเลื่อยของเราสามารถทำได้แคบและเรียบมากขึ้น โดยทั่วไปปกติคองเลื่อยจะหยาบและกว้างประมาณ 3-4 มม ซึ่งหมายความถึงการแปรรูปไม้และไสให้เรียบ ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องเผื่อคองเลื่อย 4 มม บวกกับเผื่อไสอีก 3 มม แต่ด้วยนวัตกรรมใหม่ของซุปเปอร์ที ลูกค้าจะเสียคองเลื่อยสูงสุดเพียง 1.8-2.0 มม (สำหรับไม้โตไม่เกิน 8 นิ้ว ) และเผื่อไสเรียบอีก 1.5-2.0 มม รวมทั้งหมดไม่เกิน 4 มม ซึ่งจะลดการสูญเสียเนื้อไม้ลง 3.0 มม ในการเลื่อยแต่ละครั้งสำหรับไม้ที่แพงมากขึ้น สามารถทำคองเลื่อยได้เล็กลงเหลือ 1.6 มม และเผื่อไสอีกเพียง 1.4 มมซึ่งรวมทั้ง 2 ขั้นตอนแล้วประมาณ 3.0 มม จะช่วยประหยัดวัตถุดิบมากขึ้น(หมายเหตุ: เป็นประมาณการเท่านั้นซึ่งอาจแตกต่างไปบ้างในบางกรณี)
